Tuesday:

Meatloaf on lamb with fried courgette, piment, olives & goat feta

Broccoli with sesame, eggplant, garlic & baba ganoush


Wednesday:

Fried hake & shellfish sauce – pommes Anna & baked parsley root with brown butter & cress

Mushrooms timbale & sautéed spinach


Thursday:

Butter chicken with rice & raita

Beetroots & salad leaves – yogurt, masala & lemon


Friday:

Five – spice beef thick with lemon grass, noodles & soy pickled eggs

Potato & parsnips soup – bacon & herbal salad

Take away:

“biksemad” with pickled beetroots, rye bread & estragon cream

Stegte ris & boghvedekerner med koriander, æg & grøntsager


Tirsdag:

Farsbrød på lam med stegte squash, piment, oliven & gede feta

Broccoli med sesam, auberginer, hvidløg & baba ganoush


Onsdag:

Skindstegt kulmule & skaldyrssauce – pommes anna & bagt persillerod med  brunet smør & karse

Svampe timbale & sauteret spinat


Torsdag:

Butter chicken med ris & raita

Rødbeder & salatblade – yoghurt, massala & citron


Fredag:

Five-spice oksetykkam med citron græs, nudler & soja syltet æg

Kartoffel & pastinak suppe - bacon & urtesalat

Take away:
