A DIVERSE TEAM OF UNIQUE EMPLOYEES

At Europa, we are passionate about creating a positive difference each and every day for our guests, employees and for the community around us. It is not uncommon for us to hire and help people who are out of touch with the labour market, but who wish to take part in the work force in one way or another.

We believe, that diversity is key and that we do not have to be alike to create a great work environment for all. Through such an environment, we are able to learn from each other and help out wherever needed.

We usually say, that we a diverse team of unique employees. This has proved to be a valuable foundation when helping people enter the labour market. Whether an employee is able to work 5 or 37 hours a week, we make sure to match their competencies with suitable work tasks and ensure a healthy work environment and good morale.

As a company we wish to take a social responsibility for the community around us. Fortunately, this has proven to be a huge benefit - for the company as well as the employees.

THE JOURNEY TO A PERMANENT JOB

When Walid came to Denmark, he was a hardworking man with his own greengrocer business. Sadly, after a few years he was forced to close his shop, as his body gave in to the hard work and his PTSD worsened. This was a great loss for Walid and ultimately, he sought out help from the municipality.
